The Ohio Workforce Association represents the state’s network of local workforce boards, helping them build resources and facilitate state- and federal-level policy discussions that put the talented people of our state to work. We strive to cultivate strong relationships and an open dialog between educators, employers, and community/regional labor organizations so that Ohio’s workforce is trained for and marketed to a diverse set of growing industries.

Ongoing Professional Development Opportunities Available!

The Ohio Workforce Association also provides ongoing professional development opportunities to the OhioMeansJobs staffers who drive all things workforce-related in the Buckeye State. Helping the people who help Ohioans improve their own skill sets is a vital part of the process. We also organize forums that offer an opportunity for professional networking and directly engaging with state officials who impact workforce policy.
